Teaching

My teaching method is based upon a theory of learning wherein students have an opportunity to actively audit their management skills, such as negotiation, leadership, and teamwork and then receive intensive feedback on their performance and how to improve their managerial and executive abilities. This teaching style is highly interactive, active and dynamic. Most important, the training techniques and strategies are based upon cutting-edge research produced by management scholars in Kellogg's Dispute Resolution Research Center, and Kellogg's Team and Group Center.
