Leigh Thompson is the author or co-author of over 95 research articles and chapters in edited books.  Her book, The Mind and Heart of the Negotiator (Third Edition) (Pearson Prentice Hall, 2005), integrates negotiation and group decision making with social psychological processes. Her book, Making the Team: A Guide for Managers (Second Edition) (Prentice Hall, 2004) examines internal team dynamics and how to structure teams within the larger organization.
